Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you purchase from FOCL, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
